You can close every open spreadsheet in a single action or selectively close several spreadsheets while leaving the others open.
Closing all open spreadsheets
All your open spreadsheets are shown in the Window Navigator at the left of the screen.
- If the Window Navigator is not open click the Window tab at the bottom left of the screen.
- Right-click any spreadsheet in the Window Navigator and select Close All.
Closing a selection of spreadsheets
- From the toolbar click the Window List button.
The Window List displays all your open windows (spreadsheets, text windows and dialogs) in alphabetical order.
- Hold down the Ctrl or Shift key while selecting spreadsheets with the mouse then click Close window(s).
Note: You cannot close the Output or Input windows. If you select either of these the Close window(s) button will be disabled.
