The Window List displays all your open windows (spreadsheets, text windows and dialogs) in alphabetical order.
Note: You cannot close the Output or Input windows. If you select either of these the Close window(s) button will be disabled.
You can close every open window in a single action or selectively close several windows while leaving the others open.
- From the toolbar click the Window List button.
- In the Window List, hold down the Ctrl or Shift key while selecting windows with the mouse then click Close window(s).
