Use this to specify options for the Cluster Targets/Slides menu.
Dendrogram
When selected, produces a plot of the dendrogram. Use the Title field to specify a title for the dendrogram plot.
Minimum spanning tree
When selected, produces a plot of the minimum spanning tree. Use the Title field to specify a title for the plot.
Display
This specifies which items of output are to be produced by the analysis.
| Correlations | A symmetric matrix of correlations. The values in this matrix are the pair-wise correlations between the probe effects on slide i and slide j |
| Distances | A symmetric matrix of distances. If the Method option has been set to Correlations this is (1 + Correlation(Slide i, Slide j))/2. |
| Clustering output | Displays output from the hierarchical clustering |
Action buttons
| OK | Save the options settings and close the dialog. |
| Cancel | Close the dialog without making any changes. |
| Defaults | Reset the options to their default settings. |
