Select menu: Design | Generate Covariate Design

Use this to store results from generating a design efficient under analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) in Genstat data structures.

After selecting the appropriate boxes, type the identifiers of the data structures into the corresponding In fields.

You must fill in the fields before generating the design.

Save

The available save options the covariate design are as follows:

Design	Pointer	Saves the design factors in a pointer of this name.
Cut off for covariate efficiency	Scalar	Saves the cut off from the simulated covariate efficiency factor distribution that gives the specified proportion of designs.
Covariate efficiency factor	Variate	Saves the covariate efficiency factor for the generated design.
Simulated CEFs	Variate	Saves the simulated covariate efficiency factor distribution.

Select this to display the results in a new spreadsheet window.

	Clear	Clear all fields and list boxes.
