Use this to save results from a generalized procrustes analysis in Genstat data structures.

- After selecting the appropriate boxes, you need to type the names for the identifiers of the data structures into the corresponding
**In**: fields.

## Save

X output configurations |
Pointer | To a set of matrices to store a set of final (output) configurations |

Consensus configurations |
Matrix | Storing the final consensus configuration |

Rotations |
Pointer | to a set of matrices to store the rotations required to transform each set of input configurations to their final (scaled) output configurations |

Residuals |
Pointer | To a set of matrices to store the distances of a set of scaled input configurations from its consensus |

Residual sums of squares |
Scalar | Storing the residual sum of squares |

Latent roots |
Diagonal matrix | Storing the latent roots from referring the centroid configuration to its principal axis form (consensus) |

Within sums of squares |
Scalar | Storing the initial within-configuration sum of squares |

Isotropic scaling factors |
Variate | Storing the isotropic scaling factors for configurations |

Projections |
Pointer | Storing the set of projection matrices |

## Display in spreadsheet

The saved results will be displayed within a new spreadsheet. **Note:** the X output configurations, rotations, and residual pointers are displayed as separate spreadsheets for each matrix.
