**Select menu: Stats | Statistical Tests | One- and two-sample Binomial tests**

Performs a one- or two-sample binomial test.

- After you have imported your data, from the menu select

**Stats | Statistical Tests | One- and two-sample Binomial tests**. - Fill in the fields as required then click
**Run**.

You can set additional Options then after running, you can save the results by clicking Save.

## Test

Specifies the test to be carried out: One-sample or Two-sample.

## Available data

This lists data structures appropriate to the current input field. The contents will change as you move from one field to the next. Double-click a name to copy it into the input field, or type the name in directly.

## Data arrangement

Specifies the form of the data. Select **Data sets** if the data are supplied in variates containing 0 and 1s, where a 1 indicates success. Alternatively, select **Summary values** if the data are to be supplied as summary values.

## Confidence limit

Enables you to control the limit for the calculation of a confidence interval. The limit is expressed as a percentage and must be in the range 0-100

## Method (One sample test only)

Specifies the method used for one-sample test. You can select from either **Exact test** or **Normal approximation**.

## Type of test

Enables you to choose select either a one-sided or two-sided test.
