Use this to save results from an association analysis. These results are saved when the analysis is run and must be specified before running the analysis.
- After selecting the appropriate boxes, you need to type the names for the identifiers of the data structures into the corresponding In: fields.
Save
The available save options for each type of test are as follows:
| Wald statistics | Variate | Saves the Wald test statistics. |
| Probability values (-log10 scale) | Pointer | Saves the associated probability value, on a -log10 scale. |
| QTL save structure | Pointer | Pointer to QTL save structure storing information and results for the significant effects. This structure cannot be displayed in a spreadsheet. |
Display in spreadsheet
Select this to display the results in a new spreadsheet window.
